According to the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Matters Related to the Construction of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in 2019" (Guoneng Fa Xinneng [2019] No. 49), on the basis of the organization of the project and the review and application of the energy authorities of each province (autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government) , Our bureau organized and carried out the bidding of national subsidies for photovoltaic power generation projects in 2019. The results of the bidding and relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows.
1. Following the principles of fairness and impartiality, the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center is entrusted to review and bid for the projects reviewed by the provincial energy authorities. It is planned to include 3921 projects in 22 provinces (regions, cities) including Beijing and Tianjin. The scope of national bidding subsidies in 2019, with a total installed capacity of 22,788,642 kilowatts, including 366 ordinary photovoltaic power plants with an installed capacity of 18.123316 million kilowatts, 3555 industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation projects with an installed capacity of 4,665,326 kilowatts. 2. 3. The relevant provincial-level energy authorities are requested to organize each project unit to establish a monthly construction progress report system, and fill in the status as of the end of last month in the national renewable energy information management system before the 5th of each month, and supervise and accelerate the construction to ensure that it is completed and completed on time. network. If the grid connection is not completed in full capacity after the deadline, the grid-connected electricity price subsidy will be reduced by 0.01 yuan/kWh for every quarter overdue; if the grid connection is not completed within two quarters of the quarter in which the production is declared, the project subsidy qualification will be cancelled.
4.
